About the Artist:

Chantel “Kenzie” McKenzie's art mirrors her experiences, perspectives and passions which speaks to your inner essence and expands this reality to encompass limitless possibilities. She is a natural born artist with a devotion to her craft no matter what obstacles come into play. 

The art Chantel creates is not only visually pleasing. The subject matter, depth, and compositions are thought provoking. I am immediately intrigued. Chantel has an extensive knowledge about her predecessors and spirituality that seem to innately be intertwined into all of her work. Her practice is multidisciplinary with a range anywhere from performance art to videography, audio, to drawing and painting. 

Like Nina Simone said, an artists responsibility is to reflect the times. Chantel successfully does just that.
